NATURAL SOAP PRODUCTS!
Why should you care about the soap you choose? Antioxidants are abundant in organic soaps. The presence of more antioxidants in natural soaps revitalizes the skin and slows the aging process. Furthermore, the pH level of organic products ranges between 9 and 10. It means it is kinder to your skin and makes it less prone to irritation. Toxins from our environment are, in large part, absorbed through our skin, as modern science has proven. Because the skin is the largest organ in the human body and the one that has the most contact with the outside world, what we put on it should be a major concern for us. That is why we should steer clear of commercial soaps that riddled with harmful toxins and made considerably cheaper.
“Is natural soap more moisturizing?”
One of the advantages of using real soap is that glycerine is a byproduct of the manufacturing process. Because it attracts moisture to itself in and around the skin, glycerine is an excellent skin moisturizer. Because traditional soaps contain glycerine, they hydrate the skin while bathing, whereas many commercially manufactured soaps can dry out the skin. Why? Because store-bought commercial soaps are typically subjected to a process designed specifically to remove the glycerine.
“What type of ingredients are in natural soaps?”
When a company produces hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of bars of soap at a time, part of the profit margin comes from mass production, and part comes from using the cheapest products available – which are frequently synthetic substitutes for the real thing. Many people believe that synthetic products can be harmful to the endocrine, reproductive, respiratory, and immune systems, not to mention the potential harm they can cause by drying out your skin. Commercial soaps are known to contain parabens, sulfates, and triclosan, which are suspected of causing allergies, influencing hormone levels, and possibly increasing the risk of certain cancers. Natural soaps, on the other hand, are made with natural ingredients such as olive and coconut oils, shea butter, and grass-fed tallow. These are thought to be extremely healthy and nourishing for the skin.
“Are natural soaps cruelty free and animal-friendly”
Another significant advantage of natural, organic soaps is that you can be certain that no animals were harmed during the testing or production phases. Ingredients are almost always plant-based (though some soaps do use animal fat as an ingredient), organic, and do not necessitate large-scale factories and other facilities that cause widespread environmental damage.Organic manufacturers, on the other hand, are typically smaller operations that rely on botanical herbs and extracts to create their final product. The base of the ingredients is coconut and palm oils, to which essential oils from various plants, flowers, spices, and fruits are added. Natural soaps may contain animal products such as tallow or lard in some cases, but these will be clearly labeled. Importantly, these products do not require animal testing because they do not contain pesticides and are free of synthetically derived chemicals.
