The more time you spend on the internet, the more likely you are to feel dissatisfied with your life. Stay in touch with your loved ones and have some fun with online strangers, but don't allow this to keep you from seeing the real world. Or detox your social media by unfollowing and blocking anyone who makes you feel bad about yourself or your life.
